Human Resource Management (HRM)?
HRM is concerned
with fostering and developing winning relationships between the
firm's management and its most important asset, the employee.
This practitioner's diploma is a practical approach to HRM. The
programme was developed out of consultation between HRM specialists
and industry.
The Programme
The
programme is a 24 month specialist course consisting of 8 subjects,
taking the participant through the certificate to diploma level.
The objective is to help participants develop a high level
of competency in the PRACTICAL facets of HRM so preparing them
for leadership positions in the HR function.

The awarding
body is the UK based Association of Business Executives and builds
on their expertise in delivering quality distance learning professional
qualifications. You will be taken through your studies in an
easy paced, modular format
Why the ABE Practitioners Diploma?
The programme
is unique in that it focuses on modern HRM issues by having core
subjects in human asset and development issues at both certificate
and diploma levels. The professional qualification you earn is
a professional one and internationally recognized.
Do I Qualify?
The
practitioner's diploma is easily accessible and is geared to
the working adult. You must be over 20 years of age only. There
are no formal academic requirements.
