Tertiary Education as a vehicle of continuous improvement. Intad has a vision of graduating its student body at a tertiary level in every programme being offered, and meeting the needs of the employers in our immediate environment. Our goal is to focus on the mature working population of Trinidad and Tobago, who make a direct contribution to the productivity of the Business and Industrial sector. We envisage a mature working population with a broadened perspective, and well developed problem solving skills.

To serve this market segment with professionalism, caring and understanding, creating an environment that nurtures and encourages learning. To inspire students to believe in the benefits of education, and to face their responsibilities to society.

To operate in the best interest of all stakeholders. To provide a safe and harmonious working environment for lecturers and employees. To manage the affairs of the enterprise efficiently and effectively to ensure continuity. The goal is to offer programmes that are continuously updated and whose syllabi reflect the modern global environment. We aspire to make our students more employable both locally and internationally. We have a vision of a Tertiary Educated population that will facilitate continuous improvement on an individual level and at a national level. We see education as the vehicle of development.

Embracing our position in the wider environment by recognizing our responsibility as a corporate citizen, and our role as participants in the long term vision for Trinidad and Tobago.
